Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new GUESS timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original GUESS presentation box, including all manuals and warranty cards, and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the authorized carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
